ALDA Creations is a family owned business specializing in home improvement, handyman, remodeling and renovations. For nearly 15 years, we have been serving residential and commercial customers in the Seattle and Eastside areas.

We have earned an excellent reputation and have compiled a long list of satisfied clients that confirm our superior craftsmanship, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service. As a family operated business we value long lasting relationships and that is why we approach every project with its own personal touch and always strive to ensure customer satisfaction.

Our Story

ALDA Creations was founded in 1989 in Lima, Peru. It all started as a millwork and casework manufacturer company catering Lima’s metropolitan area in residential and commercial markets. Over the years, Alex developed a curiosity for home improvement as it all connected to his background of designing and building essential interior home goods.

Once settled in Seattle, WA the company changed its name to ALDA Handyman in 2005 and began to service the Eastside area to local neighborhoods with all handyman services.

As the years went by, Alex and co. gained experience in custom home remodeling, exterior and interior painting, bath and kitchen remodels, among others. We decided it was time to change the name back to the original and service not only the Eastside but also Seattle metropolitan area as a General Contracting business.

To date, we have earned all of our customers through word of mouth, and neighbor-to-neighbor references; and we are truly thankful for that. We continue to work with some of the largest Property Managers, Real Estate Investors and Brokers in the area. As always, we value community involvement to the fullest, and are devoted to providing an exceptional service with the highest quality of craftsmanship.

Alda Creations remedied a previous contractor’s tardy work with our kitchen installation. They also carried out painting as well as installed new drywall and new doors. Their work was exemplary, always to a very high quality, and within timeline. They were also extremely helpful in providing advice on our remodel. I would highly recommend them!
